On December 5^th, 2018, Mr. Hisakado, company owner made a speech at Garden Palace Hotel on December 5^th 2018 by request from Kinki Regional Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry. The gist of a speech by Mr. Hisakado was “smooth business succession by strategic M&A” to maintain employment as well as inherit high technology under the circumstance that many of small companies owner have difficulty of finding successors.  

 The Global top seminar was organized to support local companies by inspiring them through introducing distinctive business models by several speakers including banker, consultant and business entrepreneurs.
