Hisakado completed 3 days Remote factory acceptance tests via ZOOM at Makimura engineering works, manufacture of various type of valves for water industries.We welcomed end user and third party inspectors from Malaysia on Zoom, and carried out acceptance test on 9 sets of tilting type check valves (from 20” to 44”) including Hydrostatic, Seat leak, Operational, Visual and Dimensional, Painting thickness and Documentation review..

Due to recent travel and contact restrictions, Hisakado has developed Remote FAT procedure to provide our clients in remote with significant saving of travel-related cost and time, and extra quality assurance such as live video recording of valve inspections.
