We are pleased to announce that Hisakado Co.Ltd acquired Gunma based valve manufacture, Nitto Engineering Co.,Ltd. With this acquisition, Nitto engineering is a 100% subsidiary of Hisakado and in total the 11th Hisakado subsidiary worldwide.

Founded in 1978, Nitto engineering become a nationally recognized valve manufacture in the area of severe service applications including chlorine handling and other chemical applications. As a member of Hisakado group , Nitto will operate independently under its own name and will be fully supported for their further growth activities.

We are excited to welcome 45 Nitto engineering employees to the Hisakado family and are honored to continue the legacy they have built over 44 years.”
