We are pleased to announce that Hisakado has acquired Osaka based flange distributor, Kyoei Kizai Co.,Ltd. With this acquisition, Kyoei Kizai is a 100% subsidiary of Hisakado and in total the 12^th subsidiary.

Kyoei Kizai is renowned as an expert of special flanges and serving to the customers since 1984. We are excited to welcome them to the Hisakado family and honored to continue the legacy they have built over 39 years.
